Do I need a paid plan as well?
No. The setup is a separate one-time purchase and the bot lives in your account on whatever plan you choose. Lead capture needs Pro and removing the "Powered by" badge needs Pro (or try them in your free 14-day Pro trial), so we'll recommend Pro if you want leads.
What do I need to give you?
Your website address and whatever documents you have: price lists, service descriptions, policies, FAQs. If you have nothing written down, we'll work from your site and a short questionnaire.
Who owns the bot?
You do. It's built inside your own account; you can edit, retrain or delete it at any time.
Can you install it on my platform?
Almost certainly: it's one script tag. If you give us temporary access we install it ourselves; otherwise we send your web person the snippet and exact instructions.
What do "30 days of tweaks" cover?
Answer improvements, new or updated documents, tone changes and fixing gaps we spot in real conversations, for 30 days after launch. New bots for other sites are a separate setup.
Is my data safe with you?
We only use your documents to build your bot. Everything stays in your account, covered by our privacy policy.
